I ordered a sundae that was on the menu but none of the staff knew how to make it, they took so long making my sundae and I didn't even get what I ordered. Not to mention it was already melted when handed to me....terrible service.

Absolutely the worst #marbleslab customer service. Period. End of story. Wouldn't allow my son more than 2 toppings even after we said, hey charge us dbl just give the kid his topping!

First I wanna give zero star, but i won't allow me. Worst experience ever. Ice cream was melting all the way, is not cold at all, they were out of everything, I barely can't choose what I want. Worst service, there was a guy who is annoying. He has dark skin, hairy, about 5" tall. He was so meant to us. I was served by a nice, chubby guy who is wearing glasses, he was nice. Then the annoyed guy asked my boyfriend , I told that we were being served. He was kinda rushing us and kicking us out immediately. I know you have a rough and long day, but it was really impolite. I work at food world too. Even though I have really... really long day, I won't never ever treat my customer like you treat us. Intolerable

Three words: carmelized. Pinapple. Coconut.

Amazing ice cream! No matter what you get you will be thrilled. It is a little pricey for ice cream. Even just a cup of 1 flavor without toppings is $5. It can add up with a family. Might as well go all out for the sundaes at $6! I would have if I would have known! Still very good, just pricey! Pier park parking? Worst ever. Even at 3 o'clock on a weekday.

Located three quarters the way down Pier Park and definitely a popular location for both the locals and tourists alike. It's likely that on any steamy Florida night the line will be out the door but the line moves quickly so don't didly dabble around when choosing your sinfully delicious treat. My recommendation - ice cold creamy mashed chocolate ice cream with chunks of fresh banana folded in on the frozen marble slab. I don't really come here for the customer service so I'm rarely disappointed it is what it is relax and enjoy!!!

absolutely horrible!! it was crazy busy but it was expected for tourist season. they had menus outside to help with ordering which were convenient. when I walked in I was asked by a guy in a texaco shirt (I guess he works at a gas station as well and forgot to change?) on what I wanted. I replied that I didn't know yet and to give me a minute. the line went down very quickly, and by that time I decided what I wanted. there was about 10 foreign workers behind the tiny stand frantically scooping ice cream and making orders. I tried multiple times to get their attention so that I could order but none of them paid attention. from what I gathered, they all took the orders from the Indian guy in the gas station shirt in the front. while I waited to order, I was observing the workers make the ice cream and most of the cups/waffles were only about 3/4 full and half melted by the time they got finished. definitely not something I would pay $8.00 for. I ended up leaving and going to kilwins a few blocks down, which had a lot better system and workers that you could actually understand (no offense). marble slab obviously makes a ton of money at this location, but they need to focus on customer service rather than how many people they can scrunch into the store at one time. I was only asked what I wanted once, and then treated like a ghost after that. the workers don't even know who ordered what, they just make it and then hold it up and yell what it is until someone raises their hand and grabs it. really? that's about the poorest customer service I've ever seen. I will NOT be back to this store.

Stood in line on a busy Thursday. I needed a cake. Several signs were up about cakes they offered. 4 different ones. Sign stated " get one today ". They had no cakes at all. Take down signs if you don't have the product.

We were told by the manager that the closing time was 11:30 and at 11:15 the doors were closed. Not cool.

Three words, ice cream nazi. The ice cream was typical good ice cream, but the man forcing the line to move fast by shouting at everyone is why I'm giving two stars. Crazy! Kinda funny though, I'll never forget our experience. And we weren't being indecisive and he still made us feel rushed. One girl asked for a sample. I thought he was going to kick her out of the store. And there are two cashiers at the end and they both tried to charge me. As I said crazy!

Don't let the long line deter you but prepare your nerves for the most stressful ordering experience around. While in line they will bring you a menu so that you are prepared to order which is nice. Once inside the shop it feels very chaotic. There was a guy with a thick accent trying to sell me water (at least that's what I think) and a lady at the register raising her hand and yelling for people to pay. I had no idea who and where I was supposed to order. Finally a girl with a thick accent took my order that I to repeat 3 times because it had a ridiculous name and English was not her first language. Once we got our order through all the chaos and people and paid the lady raising her hand yelling and made it out the door the ice cream was up to par and enjoyable. Despite the long line and hectic ordering conditions it surprisingly did not take long to get our frozen treat.

This place may charge by ingredient but it is worth it! The best ice cream I have had in a while. The staff were very kind and my check out was quick.

Delicious ice cream! The staff was surprisingly fast considering the line was out the door!

Expensive but worth it. Must be a high turnover rate. Different nationalities behind the counter and hard to hear over all the nosie from customers so it can be confusing to place an order if your not on your A game. Otherwise good place.

HORRIBLE customer service. During the Christmas season the guy behind the counter couldn't even tell me he enjoyed Christmas. No big deal until you combine his overall lack of caring about the customer with an inability to tell me about the milk shakes and sell me on what makes them so great (as per the advertisement). Overpriced. Don't ruin your vacation at this place.

ok nice place to go on a hot day at pier park but be careful.. they charge by ingredient added so it is typical to pay $5 for a small scoop with one add. Adding topping are larger sizes would run the bill up fast. Dont expect great service seems to be always kids working that dont seem to care too much. Not bashing the place honestly we go there every year
